OurGroupCard offers Free, Single Card, Plus and Unlimited. See Plans and billing for the prices and limits. Single Card costs £1.99 once. Plus costs £4.99 a month and Unlimited costs £9.99 a month. Monthly plans renew until you cancel. Stripe handles checkout; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Changing or cancelling a subscription

Log in and open Plans and billing, then choose Change or cancel subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Stripe shows any adjustment before you confirm a plan change. Contact support if you cannot access the billing page or need to request a refund. Stopping renewal does not remove any separate cancellation or refund right you have under consumer law.

Your order and consumer rights

Before you order, the price, taxes, service scope, timing, cancellation information and any renewal terms must be clearly provided and agreed. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule, assume that every digital service is exempt from cancellation rights, or treat acceptance of general Terms as consent to lose a cancellation right.

If a digital-content or service order requires early supply and a lawful change to cancellation rights, the specific express consent and acknowledgement required by law must be obtained for that order. This page does not itself obtain those permissions.

Billing queries and stopping use

Contact support with a relevant order reference if you have one. Do not include complete card details. You can stop using a free account and request deletion under the Privacy Notice. Deleting content and cancelling a paid contract are different actions; any separately agreed paid-order terms and mandatory rights determine the financial consequences.

Jahresabos und Tarifwechsel

Du zahlst ein Jahr im Voraus. Das Abo verlängert sich jährlich automatisch, bis du die Verlängerung kündigst. Bei Kündigung wird ungenutzte Zeit nicht erstattet; dein Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Jahres bestehen. Deine gesetzlichen Widerrufs- und Erstattungsrechte bleiben unberührt.

Keine Erstattung ungenutzter Jahresabo-Zeit bei Kündigung der Verlängerung, außer gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Es gibt keine zusätzliche Kündigungsgebühr pro Karte.

Jährliches Plus → jährliches Unbegrenzt: Stripe schreibt die ungenutzte Plus-Zeit gut und berechnet Unbegrenzt für dieselbe Restzeit. Das Upgrade gilt nach erfolgreicher Zahlung, dein Verlängerungsdatum bleibt gleich. Stripe zeigt dir den genauen Betrag vor der Bestätigung. Downgrades gelten ab der Verlängerung.

Monatlich → jährlich gilt nach Zahlung, mit Gutschrift der ungenutzten Monatszeit und neuem jährlichen Verlängerungsdatum. Jährlich → monatlich gilt ab Verlängerung. Für einen gleichzeitigen Downgrade und Wechsel zu jährlich plane zuerst den Downgrade und ändere die Zahlungsweise, sobald er gilt.

Unbegrenzt unterliegt fairer Nutzung. Nutze den Tarif für echte Gruppenkarten, nicht für automatisierte Massenerstellung, Spam oder störende Aktivitäten. Es gibt kein festes Karten- oder Unterschriftenkontingent. Vermuteter Missbrauch kann gemäß unseren Nutzungsregeln geprüft und eingeschränkt werden.
