Free includes two cards each calendar month, with up to eight signers each. Single Card is a one-off £1.99 purchase for an extra card with up to 20 signers, without a subscription. Use it when you need another card or more signers. You do not need to use up Free first: a purchased Single Card credit is automatically used for your next new card on Free.
No refund for unused annual subscription time when you cancel renewal, except where required by law. No per-card cancellation charge applies.
Annual Plus → annual Unlimited: Stripe credits the unused Plus time and charges the Unlimited price for the same remaining time. The upgrade starts after successful payment and keeps your renewal date. Stripe shows the exact adjustment before you confirm. Downgrades start at renewal.
Example: with exactly nine months remaining, upgrading £47.90 annual Plus to £95.90 annual Unlimited costs about £36 extra. Stripe calculates the actual adjustment using the precise remaining time.
Monthly → yearly starts after payment, with unused monthly time credited and a new annual renewal date. Yearly → monthly starts at renewal. To combine a downgrade with moving from monthly to yearly, first schedule the downgrade, then switch billing frequency once it takes effect.
Unlimited is subject to fair use. Use it for genuine group cards, not automated bulk creation, spam or activity that disrupts the service. There is no fixed card or signer allowance; suspected misuse may be reviewed and restricted under our acceptable-use rules.

One invitation means one card. Free allowances reset on the first day of each month, UK time. Sealing or deleting a card does not restore that month’s allowance. A card is active until you seal it. An unused Single Card purchase is applied to the next card you create on Free.
Each personal link accepts one signature. Shared-link signatures also use guest places. Removing a guest does not restore their place; this prevents links from being reused to exceed the plan limit.
After a subscription ends, Free limits apply to your existing cards. We keep their messages. If a downgrade leaves you over a limit, you can still view and seal those cards. A separately purchased Single Card keeps its 20 guest places. You can cancel at any time and keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Stripe shows any price adjustment before you confirm a plan change.
