Share the signing link with the people you want to invite. Guests can add a message without creating an account, so friends in different places can join the same card. Give everyone a clear deadline and explain whether the card is a surprise. You can add your own words, collect handwritten signatures and include photos where appropriate. Before sending, look through the finished messages and check the recipient’s name. The organiser sends the card manually: the website does not send it automatically. If you set a reminder, it reminds you to return and send the card yourself. This keeps the timing in your hands, whether you are planning ahead or bringing a small group together at short notice.

Ask contributors to sign before the birthday morning so you have time to review the card. If people live in different time zones, give an explicit deadline rather than saying tonight. Keep the signing link away from the birthday person until the surprise is ready.
