Uploaders must have the rights needed to share text, photos, templates, signatures, music, performances, voices. The same requirement applies to material added by administrators to the library. A streaming subscription, purchased recording, attribution or short clip is not by itself permission for use in an online card.
Report suspected infringement
Use our copyright report form or email mail@williation.uk. Please include:
- Your name and working contact email, and whether you own the rights or are authorised to represent the owner.
- The work or right concerned and enough information to identify it, such as an authorised source or description.
- The exact OurGroupCard page/link and material you believe infringes, identifying the image, message or recording where possible.
- Why the use is not authorised, taking account of any applicable licence or legal exception.
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to make the report.
Do not send sensitive identity documents, payment details or illegal material. We may ask for further information needed to investigate. A bare allegation does not establish infringement; deliberate misuse of the reporting process may harm others.
How we respond
We assess reports and may restrict or remove identified material while investigating where proportionate or required by law. We may contact the uploader, preserve relevant evidence and request an explanation of permissions. We disclose only information appropriate and lawful for handling the report; tell us if sharing identifying information would create a safety risk. We do not promise confidentiality where disclosure is legally required.
If your content is restricted, you may use the review form, identify the decision and explain your authority or other basis for the use. We consider relevant evidence from both sides. Reinstatement is not automatic. We may restrict serious or repeated infringement and cooperate with competent authorities where lawful. This procedure does not replace court remedies or impose a US-specific notice process on UK users.
Our materials
Site branding, software and supplied designs remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Our service licence lets you use offered designs and music within cards as provided. It does not authorise extracting or reselling a standalone library asset.
