We want people to be able to create, sign and receive cards using different devices and assistive technologies. The service includes labelled controls, keyboard-operable card opening, adjustable media playback controls and support for reduced-motion preferences.

Known limitations

User-uploaded covers, photographs and handwritten signatures may contain text without a text alternative. Uploaded audio may not include captions or transcripts. Animations and third-party security challenges can vary by device and provider. Our legal documents are currently provided in English, even when interface controls use another selected language. We do not claim that every page or user submission has been independently certified against an accessibility standard.

Put essential greetings and information into the written message as well as any image or recording. A recipient can read the card even if media playback is unavailable. If motion causes discomfort, use your device's reduced-motion setting. Audio does not start until the recipient opens the card or a signer chooses to play them.

Tell us which page and task are affected, what happened, and your preferred way to receive a response or alternative format. Sharing device or assistive-technology details is optional. We will consider reasonable ways to help and improve the service.
