These rules apply to accounts, cards, invitations, signatures, feedback, template and music library submissions, photos.

Your responsibility before submitting

Check that your material is accurate where presented as fact, appropriate for the recipient and audience, and lawful to share. Get the permissions needed for copyright, music, recordings, people, trademarks and personal data. Do not use someone else's identity or signature without authority. You remain responsible for a message even if you used our suggested wording.

Content and actions that are not allowed

• Illegal material, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, non-consensual intimate content or sexual content involving a child.
• Threats, incitement to violence or terrorism, harassment, stalking, hateful abuse, discriminatory attacks or encouragement of suicide or self-harm.
• Defamatory statements, fraudulent claims, impersonation, scams, phishing, spam or misleading invitations.
• Infringement of copyright, performers' rights, image or voice rights, trademarks, confidentiality or privacy. Do not upload music just because it is available online.
• Disclosure of another person's private contact details, location, financial information, credentials or sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate authority. Do not include detailed health or other special-category information unless the necessary legal conditions and permissions have been established.
• Malware, executable content, attempts to bypass file limits, unauthorised access, disruption, vulnerability exploitation, scraping personal data or automated bulk activity without permission.
• Sharing a recipient or organiser link in a way that misleads people about who can access it, or reusing other people's contributions beyond the permissions given.

Uploads and music

Accepted formats and size/duration limits are shown at upload. Passing validation does not mean we have cleared your rights or guaranteed compatibility. Admin library uploads are subject to the same rights requirements as user uploads. Do not embed material you cannot lawfully distribute or expose metadata you do not intend to share.

Reports and action

Use Report a problem or contact us and provide the card link and the specific issue. Do not attach or reproduce illegal material. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Reports, proportionate restrictions and review of decisions follow the Complaints Policy. We may restrict repeat or serious violations where justified; we do not promise automated or universal pre-publication review.
